I Believe......

...That we don't have to change friends, if we understand that friends change.

...That no matter how good a friend is, they are going to hurt you once in a while and you must forgive them for that.

...That true friendship continues to grow even over the largest distances. Same goes for true love.

...That you can do something in an instant that will give you a heartache for life.

...That it's taking me a long time to be the person I want to be.

...That you should always leave loved ones with loving words. It may be the last time you see them.

...That you can keep going long after you can't.

...That we are responsible for what we do no matter how we feel.

...That either you control your attitude or it controls you.

...That regardless of how hot and steamy a relationship is at first, the passion fades and there had better be something else to take its place.

Dear white fellas,

Couple of things you should know,

When i born, i black.
When i grow, i black.
When i go in sun, i black.
When i cold, i black.
When i die, i still black.

But u white fellas,
When you born, you pink.
When you grow, you white.
When you go in sun, you red.
When you cold, you blue.
When you sick, you green.
When you scared, you yellow.

And you have the guts to call ME coloured!!

Life isn't about keeping score. Its not about how many people call you and its not about who you've dated, or dating or haven't dated at all. It isn't about what sport you play, or which guy or girl likes you. It's not about your shoes or your hair or the color of your skin or where you live or study. It's not about grades, money, clothes or colleges that accept you or not.
Life isn't about if you have a lot of friends, or if you are alone, and it is not about how accepted or unaccepted you are. Life just isn't about that!
But life is about who you love and who you hurt. It is about how you feel about yourself. It is about trust, happiness and compassion. It's about sticking up for your friends and replacing inner hate with love. Life is about avoiding jealousy, overcoming ignorance and building confidence. It's about what you say and what you mean. It's about seeing people for who they are and not what they have. Most of all, its about choosing to use your life to touch someone else's. That's what life is all about!

What i wish I had known sooner!!! (Contd.)

-Never do something if the risk is greater than the reward.
-Think carefully before you act.
-Dreaming and doing go hand in hand.
-The heart does heal and you will love like this again except that when you do, you'll deny that you ever loved like this before.
-Instead of waiting for life to get better, do something about it.
-You REALLY should do what needs to be done now, not later.
-If your intuition is telling you not to do something, then don't. Your intuition is not stupid!
-If someone doesn't respect you, then that person's not worth any of your time.
-If at first you don't succeed,try again. Then give up. No sense being ridiculous about it.
-Hair is flammable. Very flammable.
-God doesnt make junk.
-Someday you'll look back on that and it will all seem very funny. :)
-Your siblings aare incredibly precious. If you don't know this now, u will; trust me!
-Nothing matters if you don't have loved ones to share it with.

What i wish I had known sooner!!!

-Don't drink grape juice while wearing a white shirt( or be extreemely careful!!)
-Don't let your life wait for other people
-Don't fall in love with someone who is more than thousand miles from you. It usually doesn't work.
-If it hurts, don't do it again.
-Always stay after class; that's where connections are made.
-Sometimes smart people can do very,very stupid things.
-Being nice to people can get you far.
-The one person you can truly love is often right in front of you.
-Never,ever let a member of the opposite sex make you compromise your standards.
-Parents aren't around forever and you need to treasure them while they are.
-Life moves fast, but no so fast that you can't slow down and enjoy it.
-Never ever trust a friend with a pair of scissors against your hair( i learnt that the hard way! )
-If you can laugh at yourself, you're gonna be just fine. :)
-If you allow others to laugh with you, you'll be great.
-Dancing is almost the most fun thing!!!
-That which does not kill you will ultimately make you stronger.
-10 years from now, most of what we freak out(or worry) about won't make any difference.
-Nothing is ever too good to be true!
